At Vivian Animal Hospital, we get a ton of interesting questions from pet parents. Below are some common FAQs that might help answer any questions or concerns. Please feel free to call us at 318-375-5555 for any other concerns you might have about your pet.

What are your hours?

Mon-Fri: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Sat: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Sun: Closed

The clinic is open from 12pm to 2pm and we are available for pet pick up, drop offs, and medication pick up, but the doctors do not see patients during this time. Any pets that arrive during this time will be seen when the doctors are back from lunch at 2pm.

What type of pets do you see?
At our hospital, we prioritize the care of dogs and cats, as they form the majority of our patients. We understand the unique needs and health concerns that arise in these beloved pets and strive to provide comprehensive veterinary services to ensure their well-being. Additionally, we cater to horses. We provide routine vaccinations, in-house Coggins and health certificates, teeth floats, and pregnancy checks. Furthermore, we extend our services to goats and sheep, understanding the significance of these animals in various agricultural and companion roles. With our expertise in small and large animal medicine, we are committed to delivering exceptional veterinary care to dogs, cats, horses, goats, and sheep that come through our doors.
What are your payment options?

Here at Vivian Animal Hospital, we accept many different payment options including all major credit cards, cash, and CareCredit. Please note that we do not accept American Express.

What services do you provide?

We offer the following services to give your pets the best care such as Puppy and Kitten Wellness, Annual Health Exam & Vaccinations, Surgery, Dentistry, Laboratory Testing, Pharmacy, Boarding, Permanent Identification, and Emergency (during business hours only). We also provide surgical laser and cryosurgery.
