Pet Surgery/CO2 Laser Surgery – Aesculight

We routinely perform ovariohysterectomies (spays), orchiectomys (neuters), growth removals, intramedullary pinning of fractured bones, and FHO procedures. Other procedures are surgical biopsies (liver, intestinal, skin, etc.), cystotomies, ocular enucleations, and entropion surgeries.

We do a thorough physical exam on your pet before administering anesthetics. Here at Vivian Animal Hospital, we use only the safest anesthetics available and provide anesthetic monitoring, including continuous heart rate, respiratory rate, blood pressure, and saturation of oxygen.

In addition, we advocate using pre-anesthetic blood work to evaluate your pet’s health status better. These test help rule out pre-existing conditions that may not be apparent on physical examination, including kidney and liver disease and blood clotting disorders.

We want nothing but the best for our patients and their owners. To do that, we strive to give them the highest quality of care. We also know that surgery is stressful for owners, and we will do our best to keep you informed of their progress throughout their stay.

If you have any questions about your pet’s procedures, don’t hesitate to contact us today at (318) 375-5555. We will be happy to assist you in any way that we can.

Surgeries are scheduled by appointment only.
